The application of cognitive neuroscientific techniques to understanding social behavior has led to many discoveries. Yet the proponents of social cognitive neuroscience to argue that they suffer from a number of limitations. The most important of these is the distance from any form of real applicability. One solution to this limitation is the "Organizational Cognitive Neuroscience - the study of human behavior in cognitive neuroscience, and in response to, organizations. The cognitive neuroscience of organizations allow us to examine the cognitive foundations of social behavior that manifests itself in what could be our natural environment. The article gives a brief overview of this approach, a definition and also some possible questions that the new approach could address more suitable.
